Teachers workshop

"Reaffirming What We Stand for" - an all school workshop was held at The Shack, Sparkling Sands Avenue, Akkarai, Chennai on 6th & 7th June 2011.It was both a time to reflect and a time to dream. The pictures showcased in the gallery give an idea of the wonderful time we had together at the workshop.

All staff workshop on "Report Writing" by Ms. Zai Whitaker, Head of Department, ESL, Kodaikanal International School, was held on Sat, 18th June 2011 at Abacus, Perungudi.

Workshop on "Understanding Children's Behaviour and Classroom Management" by Mrs.Arundhati Swamy, School Counsellor - held for teachers of Classes 7 & 8 on 6th & 7th Sep and for teachers of elementary on 20th & 21st Sep 2011 at Abacus, Perungudi.

Workshop on "Gandhi Connect for Harmony" conducted by Aseema Trust at Bala Mandir in October last year.

"Giftedness in Children", a workshop by Dr.Devasena organized by Chennai Counsellors' Foundation at Nahar Hall also in Oct'11.

Second National Montessori Conference in Science City, Kolkatta attended by T V Saramma in Nov'11

Workshop at Navadisha Montessori Foundation on "Mathematics - Exploring Montessori Ideas" held on Nov'11 and a few days later the AMI Refresher Course for Primary and for Elementary.

Workshop on "Integral Education" on 26th Nov'11 conducted by Telos.

On 10th Dec'11 workshop on how Art can be introduced in a House of Children, conducted by Nurture School, Anna Nagar.

Maitri 2012 Conference "Learning together, a continuous path" held on 21st Jan'12 was attended by some of our teachers.
