The journey began with a dream to bring new thinking into the life of a School. Which included having a place of our own. And this dream began soon after Abacus was born. It began in RA Puram, moved to Adyar, and came to fruition in Perungudi.
The journey started with the task of identifying a place that would be ideal to put down our roots. But like all journeys, it involved a lot of hard work, lots of planning and, often, a lot of frustration!
The journey brought together the efforts of countless parents, teachers and well wishers. People for whom this was not just a process of helping to put up a new school, but a means of contributing to a more effective educational system.
